FinNuclear Quality Forum 2018

The purpose of FinNuclear Quality Forum is to contribute to securing and developing of the national nuclear competences through exchanging information and experiences among industry’s quality professionals.


FinNuclear Quality Forum’s theme this time is:

QMS and its implementation: subcontractor management in nuclear construction

There will be presentations from plant supplier and main contractor’s perspective by RAOS Project and Titan-2, as well as from international perspective by IAEA. Emphasis is placed on Q&A/discussions for an effective networking and information exchange.


Preliminary topics include:

  • How to prepare for QMS audits - tips and hints, typical pitfalls, advice from auditors’ experiences, subcontractor management (purchasing)

    • RAOS Project (1 hr) + Q&A, discussions (0.5 hr)

    • Titan-2 (1 hr) + Q&A, discussions (0.5 hr)

  • Briefing on IAEA GSR Part 2: General Safety Requirements, Leadership and

Quality Forum is targeted primarily to quality managers and quality specialists from subcontractor and supplier organizations of nuclear field.


The forum is for the members of FinNuclear Association and invited guests. Places are limited and filled on first-come first-served basis. Max. 2 participants from each organization.
